What awaits you Control and accounting of received invoices, issuance and accounting of issued invoices • Processing of accounting documents (cash register, internal, etc.) and their accounting • Management of receivables and payables balance, preparation of payment proposals and payment submission • Control of expenses and revenues, preparation of materials for accruals and accrued items • Collaboration on monthly and annual account closings • Administrative support for the economics department • Proactive approach – bringing proposals for process improvements What knowledge and skills you should have • Secondary education in economics direction • Good knowledge of PC work (MS Office, knowledge of ESO9 system advantageous) • Experience in a similar position advantageous • Knowledge of double-entry accounting (knowledge of tax issues advantageous) • Attention to detail, independence and responsible approach to work • Ability to work as a team Criminal record clearance Motivating financial evaluation corresponding to experience • Stable employment in an established company • Friendly team
