Job Responsibilities: - Recording received and issued invoices - Maintaining and recording cash and bank accounts - Recording internal documents - Asset inventory and depreciation tracking - Verification of accounting documents and their proper recording - Tracking and monitoring receivables and payables - Payment matching - Processing monthly accounting closings - Processing VAT, including tax returns and control reports - Preparing documentation for income tax - Communication with the tax authority - Preparing financial statements and account reconciliation - Preparing documentation for company management and reporting - Payroll processing – an advantage - Processing contributions to OSSZ and health insurance companies - Annual employee tax reconciliation
