We are looking for a responsible and independent professional for the position of Accountant - Asset Management Specialist. Job responsibilities: - manages organizational assets - performs accounting entries on individual synthetic or analytical accounts and off-balance sheet accounts - performs accounting entries on synthetic accounts 321 and 261 - ensures asset inventory - processes and reviews contract proposals, ensures publication of contracts in the contract register - issues purchase orders, invoices issued, processes invoices received - handles requests for asset acquisition, repairs, and maintenance - maintains complete records of all intangible and tangible assets of the organization - prepares depreciation schedules, performs depreciation of all assets in accordance with the depreciation plan, including asset write-offs - maintains warehouse inventory records - supervises and is responsible for the work of subordinates and their attendance - is responsible for vehicle fleet management - maintains invoice records, processes payments of all approved invoices, ensures payment compliance - manages cash accounting, issues cash receipts and expenditure vouchers - is responsible for safe custody - processes travel allowance settlements Requirements: - Secondary accounting education (ÚSO, ÚSV) with diploma - knowledge of accounting - PC skills - diligence, accuracy, loyalty, reliability, independence, professional conduct, clean criminal record certificate Employee benefits: - employee benefit fund (FKSP) eligibility - additional vacation days - possibility of personal bonus after 3 months - discounted meals Start date available immediately.If interested, please send your resume with a cover letter to: [email protected].
