We are looking for a careful and reliable colleague who is eager to enter the world of hotel accounting and gradually gain experience. What will your responsibilities include? Issuing and verifying invoices in Fidelio and WAM systems, posting supplier invoices and working with the Workflow system, VAT verification, price and customer data checks, accounting document records and archiving, cooperation during inventory and monthly warehouse audits, customer communication regarding invoice resolution and complaints, collaboration with the economic and operations departments. What will you be responsible for? The accuracy of invoices and accounting documents, correct posting of supplier invoices, completeness and accuracy of documentation for warehouse audits. Contact us if you: - Have secondary education in economics or accounting experience. - Are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. - Have basic accounting knowledge or previous invoicing experience. - Are meticulous, responsible, communicative, and detail-oriented. - Can work independently and are also a team player. - Are willing to learn hotel management information systems. After probation, you will receive personal compensation of up to 3,000 Kč per month. We also offer bonuses and quarterly premiums. Every year we increase salaries in accordance with the collective agreement. - After the probation period, you are entitled to additional benefits: retirement savings contribution (currently 500 to 1,000 Kč per month), meals in the hotel staff canteen currently for 10 Kč per meal, accommodation and spa treatments available at discounted employee rates limited to 12,000 Kč per year, free access to Saunia Thermal Resort with thermal water pool limited to 10,000 Kč per year, exchange recreational stays at discounted employee rates (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary), educational programs (foreign languages, skill development, knowledge expansion, workplace support), discounted admission to selected cultural, social, and sporting events, parking in hotel garages at discounted rates. - Start date available immediately or by arrangement.
