The Laundry and Textiles department is a supplier of textiles and textile services to the entire Region Skåne and also has responsibility for purchasing textiles for healthcare. The laundry facility is located in Kristianstad and processes approximately 150 tons of textiles during a normal week, which corresponds to 600,000 delivered items. We currently have approximately 1,400 customers in Region Skåne. Our work is important so that healthcare can conduct its operations! This position means you will work as a temporary hourly employee. This means you will work within several of our different units. Therefore, it is varied work with changing tasks and colleagues. 10 position(s). WORK DUTIES We are now seeking additional temporary hourly laundry attendants for our team. As a temporary hourly laundry attendant, you work within all different parts of the laundry operation, everything from sorting and hanging to finishing and delivery. You will be part of a work group where an operator, team leader, and manager are responsible for management and production. This position is a temporary hourly employment, which means the number of work hours and shifts per week can vary depending on operational needs. We operate two shifts and work can occur between 05:00-00:15, Monday through Friday. If needed, work on weekends may also be available. Please note that this posting does not apply to a position with a fixed schedule. QUALIFICATIONS To be considered for this position, you must be 18 years of age or older. The position requires that you have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. Since we use computers and various systems in our work, you also need to have computer and system experience. It is meritious if you have experience working in industry or production. It is important that you are responsible, driven, and results-oriented. We work together as a team, so you need to have good teamwork skills. You also need to be comfortable with work where the pace can vary, and together with your colleagues maintain a steady production pace throughout the workday.
