Praktiska Gymnasiet in Nyköping is seeking a bilingual Student Assistant What we're looking for We are seeking a bilingual student assistant at Praktiska Gymnasiet in Nyköping to support two of our students. We're looking for someone who speaks both Swedish and Arabic. You will be responsible for the student throughout the entire school day, including greeting them in the morning, assisting with mobility, supporting practical activities, help in the cafeteria, etc. You will work closely with the teaching staff, the student, and the special education teacher. We are looking for someone with upper secondary education and preferably experience in assistant work. You are a service-oriented person who is calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You have good pedagogical skills and understanding of people's different circumstances. You are a communicative person who listens well and adapts your communication style. You are flexible and able to see opportunities in change. You have strong collaborative skills and relate to others in a responsive and smooth manner. The student has a functional variation that requires assistance with mobility during restroom visits.
