We work closely with children and parents, with a focus on participation, respect, and collaboration. Our unit is divided into an authority group and open care, which allows us to work broadly and in a coordinated way around families.

WORK DUTIES
We're seeking both an investigator and a preliminary assessor. As an investigator you work with investigating and following up on children and young people's need for support. You meet with children, parents, and other important people in the child's life and build relationships that make a difference. As a preliminary assessor you are the social service's first contact and receive and process both applications and reports concerning children and young people.

-a reasonable workload and close support in everyday life
-supervision and support from experienced group leaders
-work in a team with colleagues from both authority and open care
-a clear introduction and opportunity for mentorship
-opportunity for flexible working hours and work from home

QUALIFICATIONS
We're looking for someone who:
-has a degree in social work
-is engaged, responsible, and confident in meeting people
-enjoys working independently but also in a team
-has a driver's license (category B)
It is advantageous to have experience in authority work within children and family and knowledge of BBIC and MI. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
