Two Student Assistants for Uppsalahem Customer Center!

Uppsalahem is Uppsala's leading housing company with approximately 300 dedicated employees managing our inventory of about 18,000 apartments. With us, you'll work with something that matters most to people—their homes. Your Assignment We are now seeking two customer service assistants who want to work part-time alongside their studies. Your main responsibilities are to provide personal service to our tenants via phone, email, and other digital channels. You will welcome and assist both our tenants and employees. You'll find ways to resolve their issues, either through your own knowledge or by directing them to the right department. Because you excel at service, the work will be enjoyable and developmental for you, while customers feel welcome and at home in their contact with Uppsalahem. The work is varied and you collaborate with the entire organization. If you thrive being part of a tight team, we believe you'll appreciate this role. Who Are You? To succeed in this role, you have strong personal commitment and are curious about people. You embrace change and development and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in when needed. We're looking for someone who: • Is a student at a university, college, or vocational school • Expresses themselves well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing • Has good computer skills and basic knowledge of Office 365 • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
