Position assignment is made by agreement. About the Role As a social worker with us, you will have an important role in investigating, assessing, and following up on financial assistance. You will meet people in different life situations and guide them toward greater independence and self-sufficiency. Your work duties include, among other things: - Handling financial assistance applications in accordance with current legislation - Follow-up and change work together with the individual - Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in the municipality - Opportunity to participate in development and quality work within the unit You will receive an introduction and support from an experienced colleague. Competencies Requirements - Social work degree or another higher education degree that the employer deems equivalent - Communicates clearly both verbally and in writing and treats people with respect and professionalism - Thrives in a role where both independent responsibility and collaboration are central - Is curious about development work and sees digital solutions as a natural part of everyday work We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
