Norrskenet Health Center is a complete health center based in Vittangi with branches in Kiruna, Svappavaara, and Karesuando. Our largest workplace is in Kiruna, where physicians, nurses/nursing assistants, rehabilitation staff, maternal and child health services, and administrative personnel work closely together. As patients' often first point of contact regardless of their concerns, we encounter a broad clinical daily routine. We continuously develop our work methods with a focus on quality, patient safety, and accessibility. Despite the great distances, we always strive to be close – digital work methods are therefore a natural part of our daily operations. Recruitment is ongoing. Who You Are/Qualifications You are a licensed nurse who loves your profession. Perhaps you're not from Kiruna but curious to try something completely new – and maybe even open to staying as so many of us have? Or perhaps you're deeply rooted in the city but want to experience a different work environment? You are driven by a desire to make a difference both for the patient in front of you and for the organization as a whole. You see the value in working together with others, understand that knowledge is meant to be shared, and are open to different perspectives. Commitment and responsibility are essential, and you enjoy a good laugh during lunch breaks. Since emergency care occurs, you must be able to stay calm and act steadily in stressful situations. You have strong skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Finnish, Meänkieli, and/or Sámi is a plus but not required. Work Tasks You will participate in daily clinic visits, telephone reception/booking, digital patient contacts, and collaboration with the municipality and region. If you have an interest, experience, and/or expertise in specialized clinics, there may be opportunities to strengthen or establish and operate such services.
