About the Position Personal assistance is an intervention under LSS (the Act on Support and Services for Certain Disabled Persons). In your role as a personal assistant, you will primarily help the client with everything that arises in daily life and with basic needs. Your work involves protecting the client's autonomy and integrity, and contributes to a smooth-running everyday life. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, and therefore work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. We are seeking a reliable and flexible personal assistant (female) for a 5-year-old girl. The work requires great calm, patience, and a strong ability to safely handle situations that arise from special needs. To create a secure and stable environment, it is crucial that you provide a reassuring presence and maintain very high attentiveness throughout the entire workday. Our client appreciates a varied day filled with activities such as play, games, creative work, and reading books. The role also includes supporting and managing daily activities such as movement exercises, stretching, and regular walks. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We therefore seek someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as the assistant and the client and her family. For this position, you must have: previous experience working in care, health services, or assistance our client prefers a female personal assistant strong proficiency in Swedish and Dari For this position, it is advantageous if you: have experience with similar work experience with children with disabilities and CP have experience working "awake nights" have experience with daily exercise and stretching for young children share our client's interests in walks, play, games, and creative work. Very great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Work Hours, Degree of Employment, and Salary Option 1: SLUV The current employment arrangement is "as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with a degree of employment of approximately 100%. Work hours are scheduled for day, evening, and night. The schedule is not yet finalized, but shifts will be between 08:00–20:00 and 20:00–08:00, including awake nights and dual assistance. You will likely work every other weekend. Fixed hourly rate by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start Date: September.
