Reliable and Playful Personal Assistant Needed for 11-Year-Old Girl

As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique and your tasks will vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly. About the Position We are now seeking a personal assistant for an 11-year-old girl who lives with her family just outside Karlstad. Your workplace will be in the girl's home, which is why it is important that you respect the girl's and family's personal integrity and privacy. We are looking for someone who sees themselves working long-term as a personal assistant and wants to build a positive relationship with the girl and family. The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore seeking someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive in this role, we believe you are a playful, cheerful person with patience and a calm demeanor. You enjoy working with children and young people, have ideas, and collaboration comes naturally to you. We are looking for someone who is empathetic and emotionally intelligent, who understands others and can easily put themselves in someone else's position. We also believe you are confident, create stability, and feel comfortable in calm environments. We are now seeking you if you match the following: want to work with a girl turning 11 years old living just outside Karlstad have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written have a driver's license (category B) and access to your own car are a non-smoker It is also a merit if you: have experience with NPF diagnoses have experience with Tobii and Snap Core have experience with epilepsy have experience with tube feeding Great weight will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Position Level, and Salary: The current employment is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with a position level of approximately 35%. Working hours are during daytime and evening hours, on weekdays and weekends. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement. Start date September 7, 2026, or by agreement. Working at Humana A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present a valid form of ID and any documents proving your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old. According to legislation, we as an employer are required to request a register extract from all employees who will work as a personal assistant for a child under 18 years old. Therefore, you need to provide an extract from the police's criminal record and suspicion register before a possible employment.
