You work closely with both employees and customers and have a central role in developing the business, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring an efficient and profitable operation. You lead a team consisting of depot salespeople and service employees and create conditions for a safe, structured, and high-performing work environment. Examples of responsibilities: Responsible for business plan, budget, forecasts, and follow-up Drive sales and active customer engagement Lead, coach, and develop employees Responsible for workplace environment efforts at the depot Represent Lambertsson in local networks and projects What We Are Looking For You have experience from a role with responsibility for, for example, projects, business, or operations, preferably with personnel responsibility You have good business understanding and experience with budget and financial follow-up You are comfortable working customer-close and understand what creates a profitable business You master Swedish and English in speech and writing Class B driver's license We believe that your personal qualities are decisive for how well you will thrive and succeed in the role at Lambertsson.
