Work Tasks In this role, you will, among other things: lead, support, and develop staff, take responsibility for personnel, work environment, staffing, and competence management, take responsibility for budget, forecasts, and financial follow-up, lead and monitor the operation's quality and development work, ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with legislation, guidelines, and decisions, develop working methods with a focus on participation, independence, and recovery, cooperate with authorities, healthcare, and other relevant actors. Qualifications We are looking for someone with relevant higher education in, for example, social work, behavioral science, care and nursing, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience leading operations and a good understanding of the social services mission. Knowledge and experience in social psychiatry, support for people with disabilities, or related areas of operation are meritorious. We would like you to have experience with personnel, work environment, and budget responsibility, as well as with leading change and development initiatives.
