Job Description
As a Print & Transfer Worker, you are part of the production flow from planning to delivery. You work closely with colleagues to ensure that each product receives the correct print and finish with a focus on quality at every step.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
• Applying prints and transfers according to established specifications
• Following production plans and delivery schedules
• Performing quality inspections and contributing to efficient workflows
• Collaborating with the team for the best results every day
• Potentially supporting with basic warehouse or post-processing tasks as needed
Work may occur during both day shifts and shift work.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is thorough, quality-conscious, and enjoys practical work in a fast-paced environment.
You have an eye for detail and understand the importance of executing every step correctly so the final result meets the highest quality standards.
To succeed in this role, we see that you:
- Have experience with, or an interest in, print and transfer, preferably within textile production
- Work in a structured and responsible manner
- Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Hold a B-class driver's license and have access to a car
- Are thorough and have a strong focus on quality
- Enjoy working in a production environment with clear procedures and high precision requirements
- Are flexible and can work both day shifts and shift work as needed
- Find it easy to collaborate while also being able to work independently when required
It is a merit if you have experience with warehouse management, order picking, or other production tasks, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
