About the Position As a forklift operator, you are responsible for ensuring smooth material flows, from receiving to production. You will work with loading, unloading, material handling, and warehouse work in high-volume operations. The work takes place at a fast pace where safety is always the focus. You will become part of a team where collaboration is close, you support each other, and you continuously strive to improve work processes and flows. Here, ideas and initiatives are valued, regardless of where they come from in the organization – and you will have the opportunity to influence both work methods and results. This is a full-time position with a 6-month fixed-term contract where you will work either permanent day shift or permanent evening shift, and interviews are held on a rolling basis. A Typical Day as a Forklift Operator As a forklift operator, you start the day with your colleagues where you go through today's deliveries and priorities. During your shift, you operate the forklift and ensure that the right material is in the right place at the right time. This can involve unloading incoming goods, restocking the production line, or organizing the warehouse for more efficient flow. The pace can be fast at times – but you stay calm, work safely, and know that your team is always nearby. You communicate, help each other, and solve challenges together. At the end of the day, you have been a crucial part in keeping production running without interruption. About You You are responsible, thorough, and enjoy a role where you can combine independent work with warehouse duties. You may have experience as a forklift operator – or you are ready to grow in the role. What matters most to us is your attitude, your willingness to contribute, and your ability to collaborate. We know that competence can look different, and we welcome diverse backgrounds and work experience. Perhaps you haven't seen yourself in this type of role before, but feel that it suits you?
