About the Position As a forklift operator, you are responsible for ensuring smooth material flows, from receiving through production. You work with loading, unloading, material handling, and warehouse operations in high volumes. The work takes place at a fast pace where safety is always the priority. You become part of a team where collaboration is close, colleagues support each other, and there is a constant drive to improve work methods and processes. The position is full-time and involves a 6-month fixed-term employment where you work either permanent day shift or permanent evening shift. Expected start date is from week 34 – 41. Interviews are held continuously throughout the summer and fall. A Typical Day as a Forklift Operator As a forklift operator, you start the day with your colleagues where you go over the day's deliveries and priorities. During your shift, you operate the forklift and ensure that the right material is in the right place at the right time. This could involve unloading incoming goods, stocking the production line, or organizing the warehouse for more efficient flow. The pace is sometimes high – but you stay calm, work safely, and know that your team is always there to support you. You communicate, help each other, and solve challenges together. When the day ends, you have been a crucial part in keeping production running without interruption. About You You are responsible, thorough, and enjoy a role where you can combine independent work with warehouse operations.
