About the job We are looking for 1 forklift operator who also handles raw materials. About the company Danica Foods AB in Lycksele currently has 19 employees who together produce approximately 9,000 tons of jam and marmalade per year. The products are delivered to major grocery chains as well as public and private sector customers. We are part of Good Food Group, an international corporation with production facilities in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Poland. Danica Foods has a collective bargaining agreement with the Food Workers' Union (LIVS). Your profile As a person, you are punctual, responsible, and highly engaged in your work. You are organized, have good teamwork skills, enjoy learning new things, and can work independently. You thrive in an environment where multiple tasks are happening simultaneously and have the ability to see what needs to be done. You are flexible and take responsibility for your work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We have no requirements for previous experience from a factory or food production, but you must have the following: • Swedish language skills (spoken and written) • Swedish driver's license (at least AM category) • Good judgment and strong safety awareness Meritorious but not required • Previous experience as a forklift operator • Experience from the food industry or other manufacturing industry • Understanding of food hygiene and quality requirements • Practical and technical skills as well as machinery experience • Forklift certification A2 and B1 (if you lack forklift certification, we can offer training for the required forklift certifications) Responsibilities We have several production lines where we produce jam and marmalade in glass jars, plastic containers, refill packaging, and buckets. Your main responsibilities are to: • Prepare raw materials by handling 25-kilogram berry sacks that need to be emptied into collection carts according to recipes. • Goods receiving and receiving inspection • Maintain good order in the freezer room • Documentation • Participate in improvement efforts for routines and processes With us, there are good opportunities to develop and gradually take on greater responsibility within the operation. Working hours Work is conducted in alternating day/evening shifts every other week: • Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00. • Monday–Thursday 15:45–01:45.
