ISS Facility Services has an exciting partnership with a customer in the automotive industry operating at multiple locations in Sweden. For our operations and maintenance assignment in Tuve, we are now seeking a service employee for a combined role as Truck Driver Waste Management/Facility Attendant. About the Role In this role, you will have an important and valuable responsibility for the overall experience in the customer's facilities. Your task will be to, together with your team, create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors. You will work in different environments, which is why we place great emphasis on your personal and unpretentious commitment and your ability to resolve situations that arise. As a Facility Attendant, you will work with process and production cleaning in industrial facilities as well as cleaning break rooms and hygiene areas. As a Truck Driver, you will collect waste which you then transport to the respective location for sorting. In addition to this, the role involves a variety of service tasks—from handling furniture, office supplies, mail and packages to conference services—such as refilling water and coffee machines and caring for plants. The assignment is carried out as part of an integrated service solution where you, in addition to your ordinary responsibilities, are expected to assist with other areas of facility services and also work other shifts when needed. This is a permanent position that begins with a 6-month probationary period. Working hours are Monday-Friday 15:45-00:45. The position is to be filled on 1/9. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone with experience in facility maintenance in an industrial environment. Facility maintenance training is a merit. You must speak Swedish fluently and you must have a B-card and a Truck License. You are positive and solution-focused, take great responsibility for your work, and have a good overview of your area. You are happy to come with suggestions for improvements that make work easier and raise the level of our service.
