Are you an experienced forklift operator who thrives with great responsibility and enjoys maintaining order and organization? We are now seeking a dedicated and self-driven forklift operator for our client in a long-term role with significant autonomy.
With our client, you will have an important role where you are responsible for warehouse management, forklift operation, and the daily flow of materials. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, a solution-oriented mindset, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate and manage a 15-ton counterbalance forklift (lumber handling)
- Oversee warehouse and material flow
- Register incoming and outgoing items
- Maintain order and organization in the warehouse
- Ensure work is performed efficiently and carefully
Your Profile
For us, personal attitude is at least as important as previous experience. We are looking for someone with the right approach, a positive mindset, and who is comfortable taking responsibility.
- Have good experience with counterbalance forklifts, preferably 15 tons
- Are stress-resistant and can work independently
- Have a positive demeanor and good collaboration skills
- Take responsibility and thrive with autonomy
- Have experience with warehouse work and material handling
Meritorious:
- Experience with ProdTime
- Experience from timber, lumber, or industrial warehouses

What NNBR Offers:
The forklift operator position is a temp-to-hire assignment where you will initially be employed by us for a period of six months. The goal is that after this period, if both parties are satisfied with the collaboration, you will transition to a permanent employment directly with the client.
