Your Assignment
As Production Manager, you have overall responsibility for our heat and electricity production. You lead, develop, and follow up on operations with a focus on safety, availability, efficiency, and sustainability.
You have personnel, occupational health and safety, and budget responsibility, and work closely with operations together with your team members. You will be part of the management group for Heat and Electricity Production and report directly to the Unit Manager.
We have just over 35 employees within the heat and electricity production business area, which includes production, distribution, and operational support. Production currently consists of just over 20 employees organized into two areas: operations and maintenance. The organization includes coordinators for operations and maintenance, as well as operations technicians who work both shifts and daytime.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure stable and efficient operation of our facilities
Lead and develop systematic improvement work
Plan and follow up on operations and ongoing maintenance
Support during/before inspections and major maintenance work
Ensure that operations meet requirements within occupational health and safety, environment, and regulatory compliance
Contribute to the development of future energy solutions, such as energy storage and flexibility in the electricity system
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has/Can
Relevant university education or equivalent competence as assessed by the employer
Several years of leadership experience in process industry or energy production
Experience leading operations, maintenance, and personnel
Experience with pressure vessels and continuous supervision
Good knowledge of production technology
Experience with management by objectives and improvement work
Experience with change management
Relevant IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office and interest/understanding of IT-based support systems
Communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
B-class driver's license
It is Advantageous If You Have
Experience from the energy sector
Knowledge of energy systems or energy storage
Experience with change or investment projects
Experience with management group work
Experience managing shift-working personnel
