The electrification of society is now happening at a rapid pace. Industry, the transportation sector, and new energy resources such as solar power, energy storage, and charging infrastructure are fundamentally changing how electrical grids are dimensioned, planned, and operated.
At the same time, we are in a shift where the development of the electrical grid is no longer just about building more capacity. It is equally about optimizing and maximizing the use of existing electrical grids through flexibility, new technical solutions, and improved contractual arrangements with customers and producers.
This shift changes the entire logic of grid planning – from historically load-based dimensioning to a more dynamic and systems-oriented approach where technology, market, and operations must work together.
Do you want to drive this development – in a role where you have real influence?
