Your Assignment As an Information Security Coordinator, you have a very important role and work both strategically and operatively to drive and develop information security work. You work closely with our operations to provide advice but also to steer, coordinate and develop the entire company's information security work. You work closely with our IT organization and have a great understanding of the need for good information security/IT security. You translate requirements and regulations into practical solutions that support the business's needs and development in a way that creates value rather than being an obstacle. For us, information security is not just about complying with requirements – but about enabling innovation, digitalization, quality and trust. Together, the Security Department is responsible for protecting people, information, facilities and deliveries – so that our critical societal operations function safely, stably and securely. The department is organized within the Business Support unit and consists of 3 people, including one security manager. In your assignment, other tasks within the department's mandate may also become relevant. Main Responsibilities: Lead, develop and coordinate information security work Plan and implement information and training initiatives in information security Handle and follow up on incidents related to information security Work with classification, conduct and coordinate risk/vulnerability analyses and security assessments Develop and follow up on policies, guidelines and control documents Drive and further develop the organization's GDPR work Support operations in security-related matters Ensure compliance with legal requirements Participate in procurements and requirement setting related to security We are looking for you who have/can Post-secondary education for example in information security, IT, systems science, law, business development or equivalent competence acquired through work experience and which the employer deems equivalent Experience working with information security but we are particularly looking for you who can translate knowledge into real change Good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Ability to communicate and translate requirements into practical solutions in operations Good IT skills Express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing Class B driving license It is advantageous if you have Experience from critical societal operations or the public sector Worked with NIS/NIS2/CSL or security protection Experience with relevant certifications Experience working in complex environments with many stakeholders Your Personal Qualities Your personal qualities are crucial and to succeed in the role you have/are: Good social and communicative ability, to create and maintain good relationships both internally and externally Are structured, analytical and have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach You are curious and proactive in following changes in laws and requirements – and ensure that they are translated into support for business development You see what is most important here and now - can prioritize what is good enough We Offer, Among Other Things A meaningful assignment in a critical societal and developing industry that makes a difference for very many people and for a sustainable society of the future Opportunity to influence and develop information security work A medium-sized company where the span between decision and action is short A workplace and company that is beloved by both employees and customers according to regular employee and customer surveys A workplace located 5-10 minutes' walk from Resecentrum in Trollhättan Read more about our benefits and how we work with sustainability and social commitment here.
