Small renovations and modernization are needed, but not immediately.  Between the floors is a narrow pathway, leading to spacious storage, so every part of the house has been used wisely.  Since the house is located in an older part of Ciovo, there is no parking in front of the house, which is also good because it provides more peace and quiet and safety in these narrow streets. However, it is possible to ger a monthly parking pass and the closest one is just some 200 m away.  Walking distance to Trogir old town and all amenities is an advantage. Bus stops to other areas on the island are also close by, even a ferry that goes from Trogir to Split.  This is a nice property that can be used for both business and personal use.
