A lovely house in a peaceful location, situated just 50 m from the sea.
Built in the late 1970s, this house consists of 3 floors and additionally has a garage/storage dug in ground.
There is a lot of greenery surrounding the house and it has been kept nicely, making the property look much better.
The house itself consists of a ground floor, 1st floor, and 2nd floor. From all floors, there is at least a partial sea view and from the upper floors, its more open and unobstructed. The ground floor consists of a hallway and a guest toilet, living room area in one room and the kitchen on another. The kitchen has been recently updated, and it’s fully furnished.

Overall, the house is very nice, in a great location. It will especially be interesting to people who enjoy peace and quiet, surrounded by pine trees and green areas. Just a couple of steps from the house is a small, natural rocky beach and it’s almost always empty.
Its in very good condition and can be used right away, with some updates that can be done eventually.
