Then this job might be perfect for you. We are now looking for an employee for our client just outside Borås. Here you'll become part of the production team where you work with machines, contribute to smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you work close to production and are responsible for ensuring machines and equipment function properly. You'll have a varied workday where both attention to detail and technical interest come in handy. Your responsibilities may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines. • Making adjustments to machines and fixing minor operational issues. • Checking quality and performing measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace. Work Hours: Two-shift, full-time 100%. Location: Just outside Borås. Start: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, careful, and enjoy working both independently and with others. We consider the following important for this role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machines • Swedish language skills (spoken and written) • Driver's license Desirable: • Experience from workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood—at home, in the garage, or at work • Can read drawings and handle measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things happen, takes responsibility for what you do, and makes sure the job is done properly.
