Then this could be the job for you. We are now recruiting a team member for our client just outside Borås. Here you'll become part of the production team where you'll work with machines, contribute to smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll work close to production and be responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function properly. You'll have a varied workday where both attention to detail and technical interest are valuable. Your responsibilities may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machinery. • Making adjustments to machines and fixing minor operational issues. • Checking quality and performing measurements. • Loading materials and documenting production. • Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace. Work Schedule: 2-shift, full-time 100%. Location: Just outside Borås. Start Date: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, meticulous, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Here's what we think is important for the role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machines • Swedish language skills (spoken and written) • Valid driver's license Meritorious: • Experience from workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood—at home, in the garage, or on the job • You can read drawings and handle measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things happen, takes responsibility for what you do, and makes sure the job gets done properly.
