Here you'll become part of the production team where you'll work with machines, contribute to a smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll work close to production and be responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function as they should. You'll have a varied workday where both precision and technical interest will come in handy. Your tasks may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines. • Fine-tuning machines and addressing minor operational issues. • Checking quality and performing measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to order and cleanliness in the workplace. Work Schedule: 2-shift, full-time 100%. Location: Just outside Borås. Start Date: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, careful, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Here's what we see as important for the role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machines • Swedish, spoken and written • Valid driver's license Meritorious: • Experience in workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood—at home, in the garage, or at work • You understand technical drawings and can use measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things are happening, takes responsibility for what they do, and makes sure the job is done properly.
