Then this could be the job for you. We're now looking for an employee for our client just outside Borås. Here you'll become part of the production team where you'll work with machinery, contribute to a smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll work close to production and be responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function properly. You'll have a varied workday where both attention to detail and technical interest will be valuable. Your responsibilities may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machinery. • Making adjustments to machines and addressing minor operational issues. • Checking quality and performing measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to organization and cleanliness in the workplace. Working Hours: 2-shift, full-time 100%. Work Location: Just outside Borås. Start Date: By arrangement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, thorough, and enjoy working both independently and with others. Here's what we consider important for the role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machinery • Swedish in speech and writing • Driver's license Meritorious: • Experience from workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood—at home, in the garage, or on the job • You can read drawings and handle measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things are happening, takes responsibility for what you do, and makes sure the job is done properly.
