About the Client Company Do you enjoy practical work where you get to work with machines and technology? Are you curious, solution-oriented, and like learning new things? Then this could be the job for you. We are now recruiting a team member for our client just outside Borås. Here you'll become part of the production team where you'll work with machines, contribute to a smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you'll work close to production and be responsible for ensuring machines and equipment function properly. You'll have a varied workday where both attention to detail and technical interest come in handy. Your responsibilities may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines. • Fine-tuning machines and addressing minor operational issues. • Checking quality and taking measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to organization and cleanliness in the workplace. Work schedule: 2-shift, full-time 100%. Location: Just outside Borås. Start date: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you're handy, thorough, and enjoy working both independently and with others. We see these qualities as important for the role: Requirements: • Experience working with tools and machines • Swedish language skills (spoken and written) • Valid driver's license Merits: • Experience in workshop, automotive, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood, at home, in the garage, or on the job • You can read technical drawings and handle measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things are happening, takes responsibility for what you do, and ensures the job gets done properly.
