About the Client Company Do you enjoy practical work where you get to work with machines and technology? Are you curious, solution-oriented, and like learning new things? Then this could be the job for you. We are now looking for a team member for our client just outside Borås. Here you will become part of the production team where you will work with machines, contribute to a smooth production flow, and develop alongside experienced colleagues. Job Responsibilities In this role, you will work close to production and be responsible for ensuring that machines and equipment function as they should. You will have a varied workday where both attention to detail and technical interest will be valuable. Your responsibilities may include: • Operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machinery. • Adjusting machines and fixing minor operational issues. • Checking quality and performing measurements. • Restocking materials and documenting production. • Contributing to a clean and organized workplace. Working Hours: 2-shift, full-time 100%. Work Location: Just outside Borås. Start Date: By agreement. Background and Personal Qualities We don't care about fancy titles—what matters is that you are handy, thorough, and like working both independently and with others. Here's what we see as important for the role: Requirements: • Experience with tools and machines • Swedish in speech and writing • Valid driver's license Merits: • Experience from workshops, vehicles, agricultural machinery, or maintenance • You've been tinkering since childhood—at home, in the garage, or at work • Can read drawings and handle measuring instruments We're looking for someone who thrives when things are happening, takes responsibility for what they do, and makes sure the job gets done properly.
