About the Client Company Your Responsibilities Would you like to work in the heart of heavy industry where precision, strength, and teamwork come together? We're now recruiting both a Crane Operator (Cabin) and a Mill Hand for our client's facility. Together, you'll form the shift that keeps production running in a fast-paced and exciting environment! About the Roles You'll step into a central part of the manufacturing chain where glowing metal is transformed into finished products. Both roles require high safety awareness and good precision. 1. Crane Operator (Cabin) Precision operation of the furnace crane high above the production floor. Transporting molten metal, ladles, casting molds, and hot ingots between the furnace, casting, and rolling mill. Daily inspection and safety checks of lifting equipment. 2. Mill Hand Staffs and supervises the rolling line where hot steel/metal is processed and shaped. Setting, monitoring, and adjusting rolls and mechanical equipment. Quality control of the rolled material and ongoing troubleshooting on the line. Your Profile Work in the foundry and rolling mill is unique. Qualifications For Crane Operator: Crane license (Cabin) and experience with heavy operation. For Mill Hand: Experience from rolling mills, foundries, steel industry, or machining. Mutual requirements: Good Swedish in speaking and writing (required for safety-critical radio communication), good physical condition, and ability to work shifts.
