DUTIES We are looking for you with appropriate teaching credentials and certification. In this position, you are responsible for planning, leading, and teaching woodworking and metalworking crafts to grades 3-6 in primary school. QUALIFICATIONS Formal Competencies: We are looking for someone who has appropriate credentials and certification or has professional experience in the field. Personal Competencies: You are skilled at adapting your teaching based on grade level and students' varying knowledge levels and circumstances. You have a genuine passion and commitment to the subject, working with students and colleagues. As a teacher, you are responsible for creating a positive and creative learning environment where students feel curious and motivated to learn, now and in the future. You are responsible for providing safe, inspiring, and challenging instruction for students. You understand the shared mission and work to make it as successful as possible. You are also independent and have the courage and ability to make your own decisions within the scope of your role without depending on others. You take responsibility for your tasks and drive the work forward. The position is 20-30%. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
