You'll become an important part of a small team where everyone contributes, supports each other, and has the opportunity to influence how the work develops. With us, transport management is more than booking a vehicle. It's about making the entire chain work. About Västvärmlands LBC Västvärmlands LBC AB is owned by around 50 trucking companies that together have approximately 120 vehicles at their disposal. We are a transport sales company with strong roots in western Värmland and have 25 employees at our offices in Arvika and Charlottenberg. Our operations span three business areas: Construction & Environment, Long-distance, Wood chips, Terminal & Warehouse, and Gravel & Quarries. The group has annual revenues of approximately 700 million kronor and offers transport and logistics services to companies, public entities, and private individuals. Our culture is characterized by long-term thinking, stability, and commitment. You'll find short decision-making paths, close collaboration, and an unpretentious, down-to-earth climate. You work closely with customers, drivers, and colleagues to ensure that orders, planning, information, and follow-up are coordinated, even as circumstances change throughout the day. Your main focus will be on Construction/Gravel, but we work as a small team and you'll also need to support operations in Sludge/Flushing and Container/Waste during, for example, vacations, sick leave, or peak periods. You'll be part of a work team with a business area manager, team leader, and transport managers, supported by our administrative function. If you have more experience, the role can include broader elements of customer development, pricing, marketing, and business-focused problem solving from the start. The position is based in Arvika, but you'll also visit work sites and customers where you'll build relationships and understanding of the operations you work with. You could also have a background as a truck driver and want to take the next step into a more planning and administrative role. What matters most is that you understand transport flows, have strong administrative skills, and want to contribute to both customer and operations success. We require that you have: • experience from transport, logistics, or similar duties • strong administrative skills and experience working in different IT systems • ability to plan, prioritize, and maintain overview when many things happen simultaneously • a professional and communicative work style • ability to work independently while being an active team member • good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written • a Class B driver's license It's advantageous if you have experience from the environment, construction, or civil engineering sectors, knowledge of German, and/or a background as a truck driver.
