You are a central part of the team in Umeå and are responsible for ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and on time. The work includes handling bookings, optimizing routes, and ensuring that all shipments are carried out as planned. You will be in daily contact with transport companies, drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate transports and solve any problems that arise during the day. Your main responsibilities are: • Handle bookings, optimize routes, and ensure all shipments are completed as planned. • Responsibility for both traffic management and booking handling for domestic transports. • Daily contact with transport companies, drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat 🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Completed upper secondary education • Good computer skills • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Advantageous with experience/education within logistics To thrive in this role, we see that you are structured, thorough, and comfortable working at a fast pace.
