You are a central part of the team and responsible for ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and on time. Your work includes managing bookings, optimizing routes, and ensuring that all shipments are executed according to plan. You will be in daily contact with transport companies, drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate transports and resolve any issues that arise during the day. Your main responsibilities include: • Manage bookings, optimize routes, and ensure all shipments are executed according to plan. • Responsibility for both traffic management and booking handling for transports. • Daily contact with transport companies, drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat. 🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Completed upper secondary education • Good computer skills • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Experience as a transport/traffic manager To thrive in this role, we see that you are organized, thorough, and comfortable working at a fast pace.
