You are a central part of the team and are responsible for ensuring that goods are transported efficiently and on time. The work includes handling bookings, optimizing routes, and ensuring that all shipments are executed according to plan. You will be in daily contact with freight carriers, drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate transports and solve any problems that arise during the day. Your main responsibilities are: • Handle bookings, optimize routes, and ensure all shipments are executed according to plan. • Responsibility for both traffic management and booking handling for transports. • Daily contact with freight carriers, drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, email, and chat. 🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Completed upper secondary education • Good computer skills • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Experience as a transport/traffic manager To thrive in this role, we see that you are organized, thorough, and comfortable working at a high pace.
