Transport Manager and Transport Coordinator

We are looking for an engaged and organized transport manager and transport coordinator who wants to become an important part of our team. As a transport manager, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring our transports in an efficient and professional manner. You have daily contact with drivers, customers, and partners and ensure that transports are carried out as planned. We are looking for you who: Have experience in transport management, transport planning, or logistics. Are organized, solution-oriented, and stress-resilient. Have good communication skills and thrive with many contact points. Can plan and prioritize tasks even when conditions change rapidly. Have good computer skills and can work with transport and planning systems. Master Swedish well in speech and writing. Other languages are a plus. Have a class B driver's license, if the position requires it. Your main responsibilities: Plan and coordinate daily transports. Optimize routes and resources. Communicate with drivers, customers, and transport providers. Handle changes, delays, and urgent transport needs. Follow up on transports and ensure quality and delivery precision. Handle transport documentation and administrative tasks. Contribute to developing and improving the company's transport operations.
