As a Transporter & Driver Coach, you will become an important part of Cabonline's continued development where driver quality, engagement, and long-term relationships are in focus. About the Role As a Transporter & Driver Coach, you are responsible for developing and retaining our drivers and transportation partners through coaching, follow-up, and relationship-building work. You work proactively to identify opportunities, prevent turnover, and help our partners reach their full potential. The role combines operational work with long-term development and suits you if you enjoy creating change through people. Your Main Responsibilities Monitor performance, activity, and quality of drivers and transportation partners Identify high-performing drivers and partners and support them in continued development Identify risks related to decreased engagement, low activity, or turnover Be a local contact person and advisor for drivers and transportation partners Coach and support drivers and transport companies regarding quality, working methods, and development Plan and conduct training sessions, information meetings, and development initiatives Work on retention and activities to maintain and reactivate drivers and partners Monitor business and quality-related key metrics Contribute to improvement efforts through data analysis, feedback, and operational needs Conduct interviews and follow-ups when partnerships end to identify areas for improvement Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a strong drive to develop people and create long-term relationships. You are communicative, engaged, and trustworthy. At the same time, you are analytical and comfortable working in a structured way based on data and follow-up. To succeed in this role, you need to combine a coaching approach with clarity and the ability to deliver results. We believe you have Experience in coaching, training, or operational development Experience working with performance, quality, or follow-up Excellent communication skills Ability to build trust and long-term relationships Experience working data-driven and monitoring key metrics Good administrative skills and experience working in various systems Strong Swedish and English language skills, both spoken and written Category B driver's license Meritorious It is particularly meritorious if you have experience with: Transport, taxi, or logistics industry Driver development or quality work Retention and loyalty work Training and group facilitation Data analysis and reporting Excel, Power BI, Looker, or similar analysis tools Working in a multicultural environment Why You Should Choose Cabonline With us, you get a role where you can really make an impact.
