Tractor Operator, Cattle Handler, Livestock Attendant

Agricultural company PIAS Suchdol, a.s. with headquarters in Dobřeni č.p.94, 284 01 Kutná Hora is seeking candidates for the position of Tractor Operator - Cattle Handler, Livestock Attendant. Job responsibilities include scraping and loading manure with a front-end bucket loader and subsequent transport, operating compression equipment, working with animals, and maintaining assigned machinery. We require a minimum vocational certificate (SOU), Class T driver's license, with preferred experience operating front-end loaders, positive attitude toward animals, independence, responsibility, and prior experience in cattle farming. We offer full-time employment in shift work - two-day shifts of 11.5 hours followed by two days off, average monthly salary based on qualifications and experience after training from 40,000 - 42,000 Kč and performance-based financial compensation, annual bonuses depending on meeting financial targets, and meal vouchers worth 125 Kč per worked shift.
