Tractor Driver/Farm Worker at Dairy Farm in Sandsjö, Blattnicksele, Sorsele Municipality My name is Max and I operate a conventional dairy farm with 100 dairy cows milked by 2 robots, young stock, and 200 hectares of arable land. I'm looking for someone who wants to work full-time as a tractor driver in agriculture as their main occupation, with permanent employment after a trial period. Your responsibilities will include tractor operation, repairs and maintenance, and animal care as needed. The position/tasks can be adapted to your strengths. Most importantly, you are organized, interested, self-motivated, solution-focused, and open to learning. We have a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy working here. A Class B driver's license with tractor experience is required. If you have a larger license, can weld/work on machinery, that's a plus. Salary according to collective agreement.
