Main Job Duties and Required Skills: Operate and service tractors, mechanisms, and equipment according to the specific machinery; Prepare tractors for designated work seasons; During the summer period, perform mowing operations, sweep streets, transport cargo while ensuring safe movement, and perform other tasks according to equipment specifications; During the winter period, mechanically clear road surfaces, sidewalks, and public spaces of snow, transport cargo, and perform other tasks according to equipment specifications; Maintain tractor equipment and machinery in good technical condition, participate in repair and technical maintenance work of equipment under responsibility, and perform minor repairs that can be completed independently.
