We are looking for a driven operator for our painting production! Do you thrive in a tight-knit team where everyone helps out, takes responsibility, and works toward the highest delivery reliability? We are looking for you if you want to develop together with us and take on significant responsibility for our production. Your duties will include: Operation, adjustment, and maintenance of the painting booth and associated equipment. Color changes, color mixing, and quality control of painted exterior and interior panels. Daily team planning to maintain high efficiency and delivery quality. Other wood industry and production tasks as needed. We are looking for you who: Are meticulous, have good organizational skills, and are comfortable with simple math/calculations. Enjoy physical work where the pace can sometimes be fast. Have a positive attitude, are unpretentious, and want to grow long-term with us. Meritorious: Experience in woodworking, painting, or operation of a painting line/planing line. Experience with preventive maintenance and servicing of equipment. Forklift experience/wheel loader certification.
