About the Position As a trailer mechanic at TIP Group, you will be an important part of the workshop team and will be responsible for servicing, maintenance and repair of trailers and other transport equipment. The role is varied and combines traditional mechanical work with modern troubleshooting and diagnostics via computer. Work is performed in a dynamic environment where problem-solving, quality and customer service are in focus. Your responsibilities will include: Repair and maintenance of trailers Preparation of trailers for inspection Troubleshooting and programming of electronic systems such as EBS and ABS Repair of insurance damages Tire changes Hydraulic work Welding and sheet metal work Documentation and diagnostics via computer Possible participation in service vehicle operations for handling breakdowns and urgent customer matters We Are Looking for You To succeed in this role, TIP Group is seeking a person with solid experience in mechanical work on heavy vehicles. You have a strong technical interest, work in a structured manner and enjoy solving technical problems in your daily work. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience working with heavy vehicles Highly desirable with experience working specifically with trailers Strong knowledge of mechanics and troubleshooting Basic IT skills and experience using computers in your work Class B driver's license is required Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious: Class CE driver's license Good English language skills As a person, you are responsible, thorough and service-oriented.
