Responsibilities As a traffic planner with us, you are responsible for planning and creating timetables for passenger trains, freight trains, and special transports on the railway. You review and manage planned track maintenance in the facility to ensure it is done safely. In this role, you receive internal and external requests and based on these, you conduct analyses and ensure that there is capacity on the railway. You engage in dialogue internally within Trafikverket and also work closely with both railway companies and contractors. We are looking for someone who: has a university or college degree of at least 180 credits (120 points) in urban planning or logistics with at least 1 year of continuous administrative work experience alternatively, you have another industry-specific degree combined with several years of relevant and current experience working in railway, logistics administration, traffic planning, or similar has good system understanding where you are comfortable working simultaneously in multiple systems, such as planning systems and case management systems has good experience working according to current regulations and requirements in your work has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Additional Information The work location for this position is Solna. Web-based tests are used as part of the selection process. If you advance in the process, the tests will be sent out preliminarily on 9/21. The first interviews will be held via Skype preliminarily during weeks 41-42. Travel will occur during basic training to Solna and Ängelholm, distributed over 5 weeks.
