We are in a growth phase and are now seeking an experienced, engaged, and solution-oriented traffic manager and transport administrator for our tourist bus operations in Kristianstad.
This is a varied and responsible role for someone who thrives with juggling multiple tasks and can work independently in an operation where planning sometimes needs to change quickly. We have a significant need for reinforcement and are therefore looking for someone who can get up to speed and contribute from day one.
Duties
In this role, you will work with, among other things:
- Traffic management and staffing of tourist buses
- Planning of drivers, vehicles, and routes
- Monitoring and tracking of driving and rest times
- Work in IDHA Online
- Creating and managing quotes for bus transportation
- Bookings, customer contact, and ongoing administration
- Inspecting buses before departure
- Booking and coordinating service, repairs, and maintenance as needed
- Contact with drivers, workshops, customers, and partner organizations
- Other general office work
We are looking for you who:
- Have experience in traffic management, transport management, or similar work
- Have good knowledge of driving and rest time regulations
- Hold a D-category driver's license
- Have excellent computer skills
- Are organized, stress-resistant, and solution-oriented
- Can prioritize and make decisions when conditions change rapidly
- Are service-oriented and communicate clearly with both drivers and customers
- Can work independently and take responsibility for daily planning
Since we need reinforcement immediately, it is important that you have relevant experience and can quickly become familiar with the tasks.
Additional merits:
- DE-category driver's license
- Experience in tourist bus operations
- Experience with IDHA Online
- Good proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience in quote work and customer contact
- Experience with vehicle planning and service coordination
