With us, you will work with the planning of scheduled routes, school transport, and charter transport in an operation where quality, safety, and service are in focus. We are looking for someone who thrives in a role where you can combine analysis, structure, and problem-solving with close collaboration and daily contact with operations. About the Position As a Traffic Manager, you hold a key role in our organization and are responsible for planning and optimizing both personnel and vehicle resources. You work both strategically and operationally to ensure efficient traffic operations with high quality and good profitability. You will, among other things: • Lead daily operations and ensure that all routes are executed according to plan • Handle deviations, such as sick leave, vehicle problems, or traffic disruptions • Communicate with drivers, provide instructions and support, and receive reports from operations • Optimize vehicle utilization for maximum efficiency and cost control • Maintain contact with clients and customers, such as schools, companies, and other contracting parties • Follow up on traffic statistics, incidents, and quality • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and driving and rest time requirements • Support operations administratively through reporting and documentation • Contribute to a safe work environment and provide support to drivers in their daily work • Participate in on-call duty and handle incidents as needed We are Looking for Someone Who Has • At least 1–2 years of experience in traffic management, transport management, or a similar role. • Experience from the transport industry, for example in bus, taxi, or public transport. • The ability to make quick and well-founded decisions in an event-driven environment. • Good local knowledge and understanding of the challenges of traffic in the region. • Good computer skills and experience with administrative planning systems. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • Experience with systems such as BPL, Klartext, or similar is a merit Who Are You?
