Are you a certified traffic instructor and trained training manager with an interest in giving your students the best conditions for a successful path to a driver's license? Then we're looking for you! About Trafiko and the position as an employed training manager in Borås. At Trafiko, we're transforming the driver's license industry for both students pursuing their licenses and instructors providing training. In a short time, we've grown to become one of the largest operators in driver's license education and we hold introductory and risk training courses in 35 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory across all of Sweden. In total, over 30,000 students are trained annually with Trafiko. Currently, we offer driving lessons in 18 cities and are now expanding our offering with driving lessons for our students in Borås, which is why we're seeking you to join us on this journey. About You We're looking for someone who is positive, pedagogically skilled, and passionate about helping your students reach their goals by tailoring instruction to their needs. You are quality-conscious and have a patient approach. You take great personal responsibility and have the ability to complete your tasks independently with foresight and structure.
