About the workplace
The Vocational University in Upplands-Bro conducts post-secondary education in close collaboration with the business community. Our Traffic Instructor Education program comprises 300 YH credits and is delivered full-time with classroom instruction in Brunna.

Job responsibilities
In your role as a traffic instructor at the Vocational University, you will:
Plan, conduct, and follow up on instruction within the Traffic Instructor Education program
Mentor and coach students through the education
Assess and examine student performance
Collaborate with industry companies and internship placements
Contribute to the education program's quality and development work
Participate in management group work and education planning as needed
We are looking for someone who:
Is a trained traffic instructor
Has several years of experience from driving school operations
Has strong pedagogical abilities
Is confident in leading groups and fostering engagement
Has good administrative and digital competence
Has strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
Meritorious
Experience with adult education or vocational higher education
Experience with mentoring or training
Further education in pedagogy or leadership

You work in a structured manner and take responsibility for your tasks, while having the ability to prioritize and create clear organization in your work. About the position:
This is a permanent full-time position. A probationary period may apply. Start date by agreement.
