Driving Instructor for Category B License at Körkarlens Trafikskola Körkarlens Trafikskola is seeking an engaged, pedagogical, and confident driving instructor for passenger vehicles (Category B). To thrive and perform well in our operations, you need to be flexible and able to work at varying times. Our students' needs may involve early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and even weekends. We prefer that you live in Gothenburg or in the surrounding area. We are looking for you who Are an approved driving instructor for Category B Have fluent Swedish and good English skills, both spoken and written Are pedagogical, structured, and confident in your teaching Have a professional, friendly, and respectful demeanor Find it easy to adapt teaching to each student's individual needs and circumstances Are flexible regarding working hours and can adapt to the school's needs Are engaged, responsible, and solution-oriented Have a genuine focus on traffic safety and quality Enjoy working both independently and together with colleagues Merits License to teach Category C, CE, and D License to conduct Risk Education Part 1 Experience with theory instruction, group teaching, or theory sessions Language skills in Arabic, Persian, or Kurdish Experience working at a driving school Duties As a driving instructor with us, you will primarily: Teach students for Category B license Plan and conduct driving lessons with a focus on traffic safety, quality, and pedagogy Adapt instruction to the student's individual needs and development Monitor students' progress and help them achieve their goals Conduct Risk Education Part 1 if you are licensed to do so Participate in theory courses, group instruction, and theory sessions If needed, participate in instruction for Category C, CE, and D Contribute to high service and a positive experience for our students Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to developing the school About the Position Part-time/hourly employment with possibility of full-time Flexible working hours based on the school's and students' needs Start date by agreement, tentatively mid-September, or by agreement considering any notice period Salary by agreement Collective agreement in place The recruitment process includes interview and theoretical and practical tests About Körkarlens Trafikskola Körkarlens Trafikskola is one of Gothenburg's oldest driving schools and has trained drivers since the 1970s.
